Special Features of ‘All-For-One’ Surgery
Facial Contouring (Square Jaw Reduction)
Angular portion of the facial bone below the ear lobe is known as mandibular angles or square jaw angles. Excessively developed mandibular angle can cause a prominent jaw line. The square jaw reduction, in general, is to reduce the over developed mandibular angle. The jaw bone will be cut into a smooth natural curve forwarding to join with the chin area to create an ideal oval face shape from both front and side view.
Removal of Buccal Fat Pad
There are two layers of check fat – subcutaneous fat and buccal fat. In case of subcutaneous fat tissues, they can be removed with the liposuction and in case of buccal fat pads, the fat tissues are removed via a tiny incision inside of the mouth under local anesthesia. Patients can choose only buccal fat pad removal but if they want to reduce overall facial fatty tissue, it is recommended to process with the Accusculpt® Laser for the liposuction.
Masseter Muscle Reduction
Masseter muscle is one of the main chewing muscles. Chewing hard food can cause hypertrophy of masseter muscles. In this case, Botox® can be injected to reduce the overall size of masseter muscle or a surgical reduction can be performed to reduce it permanently. If the volume of the masseter muscle is reduced within a certain degree, it does not cause any functional issue.
